Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. We recognise that individual needs differ from one person to another therefor we are committed to ensure our care and support packages are tailored to meet the exact needs and preferences of each individual.

In addition to privately funded care packages we also hold Health and Social Care contracts with the Neath Port Talbot and Powys local authorities, providing tailored care and support packages to meet the needs of the individuals we support.

To achieve this commitment, we consult fully with our clients, family members and care management professionals to create a service delivery plan that is tailored bespoke to the individual.

We understand that making important decisions regarding your care can be difficult and stressful. We will visit you before the commencement of your care and support package to give you all the advice and information you need to put any concerns at ease.
