Domestic Support
Seren Support Services are able to provide quality domestic cleaning and housekeeping on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis.
Seren provide a wide range of domestic services to assist with daily living support, whether you require daily, weekly or fortnightly visits, we are always here to help! Our Elderly Domestic Support Service is tailored to your domestic needs and requirements. We are passionate in delivering a caring, trustworthy, reliable and competitive service to our customers.
We recognise having extra support and help with your domestic chores can make a huge difference in supporting and enhancing independence in your later years. For your piece of mind, all of our employees are DBS checked, fully insured and wear uniform that is easily identifiable to our company. We will use your materials and equipment to ensure that only your preferred products are used, although if you prefer we can supply materials on request at an extra charge.
Our domestic support service includes:
- Housework/domestic cleaning
- Spring cleaning
- Laundry and ironing
- Bed making and changing of linen
- Assistance with food preparation
- Shopping
- Escorting to appointments
- Assistance with arranging appointments
- Companionship
- Assistance with pet care
- Running Errands
This list is not exhaustive and we are happy to incorporate whatever tasks are needed to support you and your home.
Pricing
Domestic Support and Housekeeping is charged at £16.00 per hour (minimum 2 hour clean).
Spring cleaning and one off cleans are charged at £18.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours clean).
We will visit your home prior to setting up the cleaning and support arrangement to discuss your requirements and carry out an environmental risk assessment.
